• Standard orders are processed within a few business days, Monday through Friday.
• Custom orders require extra time and care — please allow 15–20 business days for production before shipping.

2. Shipping

• We ship via trusted carriers and provide tracking once your order is on its way.
• Clarke Studios is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, weather, or other external factors.

3. Returns & Exchanges

• Due to the handmade and custom nature of our products, all sales are final.
• If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery and we’ll make it right.

• All designs, artwork, and content are the property of Clarke Studios, unless otherwise stated, and may not be reproduced or resold without permission.
